• A creative problem-solver – able to think critically and find solutions
• Financially confident – comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments
• Detail-driven – accuracy and organization are second nature to you
• Tech-savvy – proficient with computers and digital systems
• Multi-tasking pro – can juggle multiple tasks while keeping patients happy and supported

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proficient in front office dental duties
• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
• Comfortable in a paperless, digital practice
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling, and billing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and build lasting professional relationships
• Schedule new patient, recare, and treatment appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage
• Calculate co-pays and collect payments
• Submit or enter pre-determinations online
• Collaborate with front office teammates on daily opening/closing duties
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate treatment plans and patient education
