Patient Care Coordinator – KB Family Dentistry

KB Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. If you thrive in a warm, professional environment and love creating positive patient experiences, we’d love to meet you!

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proficient in front office dental duties
  • Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
  • Comfortable in a paperless, digital practice
  • Strong knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling, and billing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and build lasting professional relationships
  • Schedule new patient, recare, and treatment appointments
  • Verify insurance benefits and coverage
  • Calculate co-pays and collect payments
  • Submit or enter pre-determinations online
  • Collaborate with front office teammates on daily opening/closing duties
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate treatment plans and patient education
