Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist who is passionate about preventive oral health and excels at building patient trust. You will play a central role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through thorough assessments, gentle cleanings, periodontal therapy, patient education, and digital diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive oral examinations, periodontal charting, and risk assessments
  • Provide gentle and thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and selective polishing
  • Conduct non-surgical periodontal maintenance and therapy
  • Take digital dental radiographs (FMX, BWX, PA) as prescribed
  • Apply preventive agents including fluoride treatments, sealants, and desensitizing agents
  • Perform oral cancer screenings and document findings accurately
  • Deliver personalized oral hygiene education and nutritional counseling tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient records in compliance with HIPAA and office protocols
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments, manage infection control procedures, and ensure treatment room readiness
  • Assist with scheduling hygiene recall appointments and supporting the practice’s preventive care philosophy
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to deliver seamless, coordinated patient care

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in [State] (required)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with digital radiography, periodontal charting software, and intra-oral cameras preferred
  • Knowledge of current infection control standards and best practices
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to explain procedures clearly and empathetically
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • New graduates with strong clinical skills and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply

  • Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
