Village Pediatric Dental is a privately owned, state-of-the-art practice known for its positive culture, long-tenured team, and exceptional patient experience. This is a place where you can build a long-term career and truly enjoy your day-to-day.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
One-hour lunch | No evenings or weekends

What You’ll Do

• Provide cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and radiographs
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate clinical notes
• Support a smooth, team-oriented workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Active RDH license (MA)
• Passion for working with children
• Gentle, patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $54–$60/hr
