Registered Dental Assistant (Full Time Mon-Thurs with occasional Fridays)

Pay Range: $23.00–$30.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team! If you enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, thrive in a positive environment, and love being part of a supportive team, we would love to meet you.

Our office is committed to providing excellent patient care while creating a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for both our patients and staff. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a great sense of humor along the way!

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Help create a smooth, positive patient experience from start to finish
• Support front and back office teamwork as needed

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current HIPAA/WISHA/OSHA Certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• New graduates from accredited schools are welcome to apply
