Oral Surgeon in Central Michigan - Relocation/Sign-On Bonus + Partnership Track

Greater Michigan OMS & Implant Centers is widely recognized as a leading oral surgery group in the state, operating across six established locations. With a strong referral base and continued growth—especially expanding northward—we are actively seeking an additional Oral Surgeon to help meet increasing patient demand.

Work Schedule

  • 4–5 clinical days per week
  • Flexible, open scheduling approach

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected annual income: $600K – $1M+
  • 35% of collections with draw structure
  • Current surgeons average $3M+ in production annually (no cap)
  • Customized incentives: sign-on bonus, relocation support, and/or partnership track

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and create detailed treatment plans
  • Perform a wide range of oral surgery procedures including extractions, implants, and pathology management
  • Deliver anesthesia (local and general) as appropriate
  • Work closely with referring providers and specialists to coordinate care
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation
  • Prescribe and manage post-operative medications
  • Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions and infections
  • Handle urgent and emergency surgical cases
  • Guide patients through procedures, recovery expectations, and long-term outcomes

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Michigan license (or eligibility to obtain)
