At Dental Group South, we are seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our team and help carry forward the outstanding legacy that Dr. Greene has built over the past 40 + years. Benefits / Compensation:
• Stable & Consistent schedule and New Patient flow
• Compensation is unlimited, we offer a daily guarantee or a percentage of your collections based on your production - whichever is higher! (Typical compensation range is between $180,000 - $300,000 based upon your individual dental production/collection)

Qualifications:
• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
• 2 years of experience in General Dentistry is a plus but not mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Serve as a leader in the practice to create team culture, drive revenue, and ensure patient satisfaction
• Deliver dental care needs to all patients including: evaluating x-rays, performing oral exams, completing basic restorations, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, dentures, periodontal treatments, etc.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Interact with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.
• Build relationships with the patients
• Build relationships with specialists in the area to refer patients to if needed.
