General Dentist Needed in Newtown, CT! 

We are looking for a compassionate, driven, and skilled General Dentist to join our team at Newtown Smile Dentistry, PC. Our modern, thriving practice is committed to providing high-quality dental care with a focus on integrity, clinical excellence, and patient comfort.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team of 25 to 30 members, including two to three full-time dentists.

We use Dentrix Ascend software to ensure efficient and streamlined patient care.

Schedule: Part Time 

Benefits and Compensation:

  • $500 – $800 per day, based on experience
  • Base pay or percentage of collections (TBD based on mutual agreement)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality general dentistry to a wide range of patients
  • Educate patients on comprehensive treatment options and oral health care
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
  • Foster trust and transparency with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding
  • Collaborate with the dental team to support practice growth and patient satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Minimum of 1 year of GPR or AEGD residency training
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to exceptional patient care
  • Ability to work effectively with advanced dental technology
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
