Patient Care Coordinator
Newtown, CT | Competitive Pay | Full-Time

Newtown Smile Dentistry and Newtown Pediatric & Special Needs is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly, tech-forward team in Newtown, CT. We’re a privately owned, team-oriented practice that provides compassionate, high-quality dental care for patients of all ages and needs—including cosmetic, restorative, surgical, pediatric, and special needs dentistry.

Why You\'ll Love It Here:
Our practice is known for delivering personalized care in a welcoming, supportive environment. You’ll work alongside a close-knit team of 25-30 professionals who are committed to creating a positive experience for every patient—from the first phone call to the final follow-up.

Schedule: Full Time

• Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance eligibility and sending claims
• Collecting payments and helping patients understand their benefits
• Connecting front and back office teams for seamless care
• Ensuring patients feel welcomed and informed at every visit
• Coordinator of first impressions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and personable
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A professional, positive attitude and a commitment to patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits Include:

• $20–$25/hour DOE
• PTO
• 401(k) after 1 year of employment
• Dental benefits
• Uniforms provided after 90 days
