Our busy dental offices in Downtown Brooklyn are seeking an experienced front desk professional to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who helps keep the schedule full, the day running smoothly, and each patient interaction positive from start to finish.
This role is an important part of keeping the office organized and on track each day. The right candidate should be comfortable managing calls, confirming appointments, collecting and accurately recording payments, and helping maintain strong communication between the front and back of the office so the schedule flows efficiently and patients are well cared for throughout the day.

• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits
• Process and submit insurance claims, including tracking and follow-ups
• Accurately post payments and balance patient accounts
• Review EOBs and resolve claim issues, denials, or discrepancies
• Discuss coverage, treatment estimates, and balances with patients
• Handle pre-authorizations when required
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in Eaglesoft
• Support daily front office operations and patient flow
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols
Requirements
• Prior experience in a dental front office role preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance workflows and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-starter who can also collaborate with a team
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
