RDH - MSP
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, self-led dental professionals to join our team and grow with us! Currently we are seeking an Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) in the MSP area that have an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent customer service, and most importantly are team players that are willing to travel. If this intrigues you, we want to hear from you today!\xa0 Join our dynamic dental team and play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care.\xa0 You will work closely with our dental professionals to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the practice. Your dedication to patient comfort, knowledge of dental procedures, and adherence to infection control protocols will be essential in delivering exceptional service.\xa0 Must have excellent customer service and be willing to travel out of state for up to two months at a time.
Duties may include:
*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications
Salary: Your base compensation will be paid at the daily rate of $750.
Bonus: $10,000 signon bonus after 6 months. Monthly bonus equal to ten percent (10%) of monthly production over $1,500 average per day.
Benefits: You will be eligible to participate in any benefit plan that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain, or contribute to for the benefit of its regular employees generally, subject to satisfying any applicable eligibility requirements, including health, dental and 401k plans.\xa0\xa0
Paid Time Off:\xa0 You will also receive 40 hours of paid time off per 12 months worked, up to a maximum accrual of 80 hours.\xa0 You will be required to coordinate all time off with your manager, while ensuring your work is completed and you meet your goals and objectives at a satisfactory level.
