Orland Park Dental is looking for an Office Manager who wants to help build something special. We’re an amazing, growing private practice with a fun, supportive environment, loyal patients, and a team that truly enjoys working together. This isn’t a stuffy, corporate office—we value personality, collaboration, and doing the right thing for both our patients and each other.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fridays as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the front office and administrative team
• Helping the practice grow while keeping systems organized and efficient
• Overseeing scheduling, patient flow, and daily operations
• Supporting team communication, accountability, and culture
• Being a steady, positive presence for both the team and our patients

Who You Are

• A natural leader who enjoys building teams and offices
• Organized, confident, and calm—even on busy days
• Experienced in dental office operations (management experience is a big plus)
• Someone who values relationships just as much as results
