\uf0b7\xa0Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and outgoing shipments as needed.
\uf0b7\xa0Help maintain shipping supplies and office inventory.
Customer Service & Office Communication
\uf0b7\xa0Answer phone calls and assist dental offices with basic case questions.
\uf0b7\xa0Route technical or complex questions to the Dental Lab Manager or appropriate technician.
\uf0b7\xa0Communicate professionally with dentists, office managers, and staff.
\uf0b7\xa0Follow up with offices regarding missing information, case clarifications, or delivery details.
Billing & Collections Support
\uf0b7\xa0Assist with invoice preparation, review, and basic account updates.
\uf0b7\xa0Make polite outbound collection calls to dental offices regarding past-due balances.
\uf0b7\xa0Send payment reminders by phone or email as directed.
\uf0b7\xa0Track collection call notes and payment status in the software system.
\uf0b7\xa0Escalate unresolved billing issues to the Dental Lab Manager or ownership.
General Administrative Support
\uf0b7\xa0Support the Dental Lab Manager with daily task organization and follow-up.
\uf0b7\xa0Maintain clean and organized office, case intake, and packing areas.
\uf0b7\xa0Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document management.
\uf0b7\xa0Help identify administrative process improvements to improve lab efficiency.
Qualifications
\uf0b7\xa0Prior administrative, office assistant, dental office, or customer service experience preferred.
\uf0b7\xa0Dental lab or dental office experience is a plus, but not required.
\uf0b7\xa0Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
\uf0b7\xa0Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and business software systems.
\uf0b7\xa0Professional phone etiquette and ability to make courteous collection calls.
\uf0b7\xa0Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
\uf0b7\xa0Ability to follow instructions and work under the direction of the Dental Lab Manager.
