For over 26 years, Hunter Dental Laboratory has proudly served dental professionals throughout Indiana, providing high-quality restorations and exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in helping a team succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist visitors and clients
• Coordinate case intake and shipping logistics
• Manage schedules, calendars, and office correspondence
• Process invoices and assist with accounts receivable/payable
• Maintain client records and office files
• Communicate with dental offices regarding case status and delivery schedules
• Provide administrative support to laboratory management and staff

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous dental, medical, or office administration experience preferred but not required
