We’re looking for an experienced and passionate\xa0Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator\xa0to help launch, grow, and lead our Sarasota location. What You\'ll Do:

• Growth & Development:\xa0Drive practice growth by building strong relationships with patients and ensuring exceptional care experiences while addressing concerns, handling communications, and support patients in preparing for and completing their dental treatment.
• Systems & Processes:\xa0Implement systems and workflows to support an efficient, patient-centered environment.\xa0 Handle patient billing, process insurance claims, and manage collections.
• Treatment Plan Coordination:\xa0Collaborate directly with the doctor(s) to strategize and execute plans for expanding the implant side of the business, handle implant treatment planning, consultations,
• Close Life-Changing Cases:\xa0Lead consultations for All-on-X, full-mouth reconstructions, and implant-supported bridges.
• Navigate Complex Finances:\xa0Confidently present $30k–$60k+ treatment plans and facilitate third-party financing to make care accessible.
• Clinical Communication:\xa0Explain the "Full Arch" protocol and benefits to prospective patients in an easy-to-understand way.
• Patient Support:\xa0Engage with our local patient base, managing leads from initial inquiry through the 4–6 month surgical journey.\xa0and case presentations. Guide patients through their treatment journey with empathy & confidence.
