We are seeking a dedicated BILINGUAL ( English & Spanish) Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our thriving General and Cosmetic Dental office. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to become an integral part of our dental family.
In this role, you will manage essential front office duties, including insurance verification, benefits coordination, collections, and accounts receivable reports. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, as you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients.
Our practice utilizes CS Practiceworks scheduling software, and experience with this program is a plus. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a dental front office role, preferably in a general, single-doctor practice that handles HMO, PPO, and private insurance plans.
NEW GRADUATES ARE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO APPLY but should have the right skill set to learn quickly.
