FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR – SPRING GROVE, IL

Our busy and growing dental practice is seeking a\xa0Front Desk Administrator\xa0to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about customer service and enjoys creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.

SCHEDULE,\xa0Full Time

• Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $23-$28 per hour, determined on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and check in patients
• Check patients out and coordinate follow-up appointments
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify dental insurance benefits
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Support daily front office operations and patient flow

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of front office experience preferred
• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Committed to completing tasks and supporting the team
