Front Desk Receptionist – Dental Office – Shelby Charter Township, MI

Schedule
Full Time, 28–34 hours per week
Monday – Thursday (no evenings)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Greet patients and visitors warmly while creating a welcoming environment
• Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Confirm appointments and handle follow-up communication
• Collect and verify patient information and documentation
• Accurately enter patient data into office systems
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing records
• Support team members to ensure smooth front office operations
• Maintain professionalism and strict patient confidentiality
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Strong customer service and clerical skills
Pay & Compensation
• $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
