Our private, boutique pediatric dental practice in Hacienda Heights, CA (91745) is seeking a friendly, organized, and caring Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Position Details

• Full-Time: 30–36 hours per week
• Compensation: $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule – 30-36 hours/week

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Collect and process payments
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Respond to emails and text messages promptly
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience in a busy pediatric practice

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience required
• Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Comfortable interacting with children and parents in a pediatric setting
