Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure a positive experience from arrival
• Prepare patients for treatments and checkups while ensuring comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials
• Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Requirements

• Prior dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay & Compensation

• $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
