Full job description:

Dynamic job opportunity available for DAII looking to join a winning team. Our doctor performs a wide range of advanced procedures, including sedation dentistry, dental implants, surgical extractions, and bone grafting. We are seeking an experienced and confident Dental Assistant II who is ready to step into a hybrid role combining strong chairside clinical skills with treatment coordination responsibilities. This position offers the perfect balance for a dental assistant who wants to expand into the operational side of the practice while staying involved in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, including assisting with oral conscious sedation.
  • Confidently present and discuss complex treatment plans with patients, helping them understand options, benefits, and next steps in a compassionate, clear manner.
  • Utilize dedicated administrative space for treatment planning, patient consultations, and follow-up communication.
  • Offer clinical oversight in operatory areas to support smooth workflow and high standards of care.
  • Assist the front desk team with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments as needed.
  • Participate in on-site training, including phlebotomy for PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) preparation used in surgical procedures.

  • Office Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; one Friday per month 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (long weekends most weeks!).
