Brownsville Family Dentistry is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established private practice as the sole provider in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate seeking mentorship and hands-on experience, or an experienced dentist looking for clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients in a welcoming community practice.

Schedule
• Full-time position
• Monday – Thursday
• Office closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Compensation & Benefits
• Guaranteed annual salary of $180,000 or 30% of collections, whichever is greater
• Four (4) weeks of paid vacation

Qualifications
• Active Wisconsin Dental License required
