Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of general dentistry
• Diagnose and treatment plan for a wide range of cases
• Provide restorative, preventative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
• Deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages
• Educate patients and build long-term relationships
• Lead and collaborate with your clinical team
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills with patients and team
• Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Eagerness to grow clinically, especially in implants and aesthetics
• New graduates welcome, mentorship provided
• Experienced dentists encouraged to apply

Pay & Compensation

• $180,000 – $250,000 annually (based on production and performance)
• 401(k)
• Health and vision insurance
• Relocation (moving expense) reimbursement
• State licensure fee reimbursement
• Immigration/sponsorship support for qualified candidates
• Access to advanced implant education program
• One-on-one mentorship in implants and aesthetic dentistry
