All employees get paid time off for the 5 federally recognized holidays.
Then in addition to that we provide anniversary bonuses for our RDH team members:
12 month anniversary results in 5 full days paid holiday ($1,980)
24 month anniversary results in 10 full days paid holiday ($3,960)
36 month anniversary results in 15 full days paid holiday ($5,940)
