Advanced Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in Nashua. If you’re passionate about patient care, thrive in a leadership role, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the dental assisting team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Manage clinical workflow and coordinate with front office staff
• Train and mentor new dental assistants
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside manner

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols
• X-ray certification (required)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
