Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Redwood Dental is a privately owned, technology-forward dental practice looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Business Team Member to join our front office team.

• Post payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth daily flow of the front office
This position blends patient communication with important administrative and insurance responsibilities. You will be a key part of helping patients move forward with care while keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with both people and details, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in doing things accurately and thoroughly.
Approximately half of the role is patient-facing communication and scheduling, and half is focused on insurance, billing, and financial coordination.
• 2+ years of dental, medical, or front office/customer service experience preferred
• Experience with insurance, billing, or treatment coordination is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing scheduling, treatment, and financial options with patients
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of follow-ups
