Associate Dentist (Full-Time) – Hammond, IN | Mentorship, Implant Training + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance

Secure Dental is expanding in Hammond, IN, and we’re looking for a full-time Associate Dentist who’s eager to contribute, lead, and grow with us. Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of general dentistry
  • Diagnose and treatment plan for a wide range of cases
  • Provide restorative, preventative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
  • Deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages
  • Educate patients and build long-term relationships
  • Lead and collaborate with your clinical team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills with patients and team
  • Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Eagerness to grow clinically, especially in implants and aesthetics
  • New graduates welcome, mentorship provided
  • Experienced dentists encouraged to apply

Pay & Compensation

  • $180,000 – $250,000 annually (based on production and performance)
