This is an established practice with a full schedule, strong patient demand, and excellent productivity This position is ideal for a dentist who wants to focus on patient care while enjoying true clinical autonomy.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dental care
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused dentistry using advanced materials and techniques
• Collaborate with fellow doctors and the full care team to ensure excellent outcomes
• Maintain compliance with current professional standards, policies, and protocols
• Continue developing your clinical skills through CE and training opportunities
• Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligible for licensure)
• CPR, DEA, and other state-required certifications
• A patient-first mindset and a collaborative approach to care

Compensation:

• $200,000-$250,000/hour
