Associate Dentist – Meriden, CT

A well-established private dental practice in Meriden, Connecticut, serving the community for over 30 years, is seeking a Part-Time Dental Associate to join our busy and supportive team. Our practice sees multiple generations of patients and averages 90–100 new patients per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist looking to grow in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care, working with Eaglesoft practice management software.

Schedule, Part time

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay & Compensation

• 33%–36% of production/collections depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry including restorative procedures
• Provide crown and bridge treatments
• Complete root canal therapy as needed
• Provide denture treatment and care
• Perform hygiene checks
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with a team of doctors and hygienists to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid dental license in the state of Connecticut
• 1–2 years of clinical experience after graduation preferred
• Proficiency in restorative dentistry and dentures required
• Experience with root canal therapy is a plus
• Compassionate, hardworking, and efficient
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
