What You’ll Do

• Manage patient scheduling to keep our days efficient and balanced.
• Oversee billing, patient accounts, and payment processing with accuracy and compassion.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients regarding treatment plans and financial options.
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient.
• Assist in maintaining organized systems that support our team and reflect our high standard of care.

Who You Are

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Confident in communication and professional in presentation.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with Mac computers and comfortable learning new software.
• Knowledge of dental codes and billing processes is a plus — but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important!
