Dental Treatment Coordinator (Experienced – Dentrix Required)
Gaithersburg, MD
$25–$30/hour | Full-Time + Benefits

Requirements (Must Have)

• 3+ years of Dental Treatment or Insurance Coordinator experience
• Dentrix proficiency
• Strong knowledge of dental codes and terminology
• PPO insurance verification, posting, and pre-authorizations

What You’ll Do

• Present and explain treatment plans
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations
• Review benefits and estimate patient costs
• Discuss financial options and payment arrangements
• Schedule and coordinate patient care
• Follow up on pending treatment

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

• Full-Time position
• 1–2 Saturdays/month (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
