Dental Patient Care Coordinator – Join Our High-End, Multi-Specialty Dental Team
Natick, MA | Private Practice | Part Time (2 days per week)

Chang Dental Group is a multi-specialty dental practice with a team of general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, and endodontists. We’ve been delivering high-quality care in a modern, elegant setting for over 20 years and are proud to serve our community with compassion and professionalism.

We’re looking for a skilled Patient Care Coordinator who is confident, professional, and experienced in dental front office operations.

Schedule: Part time

• Monday and Friday

Pay and Compensation:

• Up to $33/hour
• Paid time off
• Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all patients and guests
• Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments and maintain an optimized provider schedule
• Verify insurance and accurately calculate patient copays
• Confidently present and close treatment plans
• Collect and post payments and make sound financial arrangements
• Explain dental procedures, terminology, and insurance coverage

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Dentrix and comfortable navigating the system independently
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, including calculating copays and estimating patient portions
• Ability to confidently close treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Friendly, confident, and warm communication style
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required
