Seeking Treatment Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ!

We are an awesome Pediatric and Orthodontic private dental practice with two locations at 92nd St & Shea Blvd and 20th St & Camelback Rd. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working with families, and helps ensure each patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in. This position does require flexibility to travel between both locations.

Full Time
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule efficiently
• Verify insurance and collect patient information and paperwork
• Assist with check-out, collect payments, and answer patient questions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support the team with general office tasks as needed with tremendous opportunity for growth
• Bilingual preferred
