Associate Dentist – Fairbanks, Alaska

A well-established, single-location family dental practice in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a close-knit, supportive team. Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to a family patient base
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions with a patient-first approach
• Perform restorative and preventive procedures
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Dentrix and Image XL
• Opportunity to expand into endodontics due to high local demand, if desired

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Alaska dental license or ability to obtain
• Strong general dentistry skills
• Team-oriented with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Interest in long-term growth with the practice preferred

Pay & Compensation

• 35% of production
