Anytime Dental Merritt Island is a new and growing practice, and we’re looking for a strong Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Administrator to help build a great patient experience and keep the front office running smoothly.

• Experience with treatment planning and financial arrangements
• Strong scheduling and patient communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and accounts receivable
• Someone organized, reliable, and patient-focused

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and create a great first impression
• Coordinate treatment plans and scheduling
• Verify insurance and review financial options with patients
• Manage billing, claims, and accounts receivable
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly each day
