Dental Front Office / Dental Receptionist (Full-Time)

Bentz Dental Group, a privately owned, multi-specialty dental practice in East Norriton, PA is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Administrator to join our growing team.

We provide General Dentistry, Dental Implants, and Prosthodontics in a modern, patient-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, managing schedules, and keeping the front office running smoothly.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting efficient office operations.

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Administrative Day)
No weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming and professional experience
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
• Coordinate and maintain the doctor and hygiene schedules
• Perform accurate data entry and patient record management
• Verify and update patient information and insurance details
• Manage front desk paperwork, scanning, filing, and office organization
• Communicate with dental providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Use Eaglesoft, Microsoft Word, and Outlook for scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and HIPAA compliance
• Assist with general administrative and front office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience required
• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus
• Strong computer skills and comfort with office software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
