Associate Dentist

Location: Rocky River, OH
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000+ annually

We are a busy, well-established private dental practice seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This opportunity offers flexibility with either a full-time or part-time schedule, a strong patient base, excellent earning potential, and a clear pathway to partnership for the right provider.

Our fee-for-service and PPO practice provides comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Services include general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics, periodontics, and comfort sedation.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Full-Time or Part-Time options available

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
• Perform restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures
• Utilize comfort sedation when clinically appropriate
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Adhere to all office policies, OSHA, ADA, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Active Ohio Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Completion of a GPR or AGD Fellowship required
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Desire to build long-term patient relationships
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
