Dental Front Office needed in Rocky River, OH! 

Our amazing and growing private practice, located in Rocky River, OH is looking for a full-time Dental Front Office team member! We offer competitive pay and benefits, along with a supportive and welcoming work environment.

Schedule: Full Time

• Monday to Thursday: 8am-5pm
• 2 Fridays per month: 8am-2pm

Compensation: Based on experience

To be considered for this role:

• Have at least 2 years of dental office experience.
• Be comfortable discussing financial matters and handling payment arrangements.
• Knowledge of dental insurances, billing, & treatment planning.
• Dentrix experience is strongly preferred.

Duties for our Dental Front Office Coordinator include:

• Greet and check in patients, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure smooth daily flow.
• Present treatment plans, review insurance and financing options, and assist patients with payment arrangements.
• Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with the clinical team to coordinate care and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative duties as needed.
