Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center (GMOS) is Michigan\'s premier multi-site oral surgery group: 6 locations, 8 surgeons, and a dominant referral position across central Michigan. Backed by institutional investment and actively expanding into northern Michigan, GMOS is adding a surgeon to meet excess patient demand across its growing footprint. Schedule
• 4–5 days per week
• Surgical procedures scheduled in the morning
• Consults scheduled in the afternoon
• Rotational, multi-site model across central Michigan
• Open scheduling model
Pay & Compensation
• $600,000 – $1,000,000+ annual earning potential
• 35% of collections (draw structure)
• Current GMOS surgeons average $3M+ in annual production with no production cap
• Sign-on bonus, relocation, or partnership opportunities available (candidate specific)
• Malpractice coverage provided
• $4,000 annual CE allowance
• 4 weeks PTO

• Practice covers supplies, lab, and anesthesia costs
Duties & Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, and removal of pathology
• Administer local and general anesthesia as needed
• Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Prescribe medications for post-operative care and pain management
• Treat infections and conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial regions
• Provide emergency treatment for orofacial injuries
• Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and long-term care
Requirements
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
