We are a thriving, privately owned dental practice seeking an Experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and support our continued growth.

About the Position: We’re looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in dental office management. You’ll oversee the full new patient experience, from initial contact to treatment presentation, while driving team performance, patient satisfaction, and production goals.

This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and knows how to build a high-performing team. Please have 8+ years of general dental office management experience.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time position; part-time or flexible arrangements considered
  • Hours vary based on practice needs
  • Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000–$100,000 annually (DOE) – adjusted for part-time schedules

Office Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day-to-day front office operations
  • Manage the complete new patient journey from intake to case acceptance
  • Lead, train, and mentor front office team members
  • Analyze and manage KPIs to meet or exceed production goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Oversee billing and scheduling processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 8+ years of general dental office management experience
  • Skilled in treatment presentation with a strong focus on case acceptance & patient retention.
  • Proficiency in using KPIs to drive performance and efficiency
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
