Front Office Treatment Coordinator / Dental Coordinator
Dynamic Family Dental Practice

We are a growing, patient-focused family dental practice looking for an energetic, organized, and personable Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is passionate about helping people feel confident about their dental care.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Verify insurance benefits and maximize patient understanding of coverage
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage daily flow
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain excellent communication
• Support the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
