FRONT OFFICE / PATIENT COORDINATOR – BONITA SPRINGS, FL

Bonita Children's Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office / Patient Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and families while helping create a positive and welcoming patient experience.

SCHEDULE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Assist parents and families throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate patient flow and support front office operations
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced pediatric environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well with children and families
• Dental experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
