Dental Insurance Coordinator in Yorktown, VA

We are a dentist-owned private practice who strongly believe in treating our employees and patients as family. We are currently looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator in Yorktown, VA.

Ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is well organized. Seeking at least 2+ years of dental insurance experience is required, particularly with PPO plans. Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software is must! 

Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation:

• $24-26/hr (DOE)

Duties for our Dental Insurance Coordinator include:

• Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits.
• Reviewing insurance benefits with patients.
• Posting payments, managing late payments, etc.
• Tracking non-paid insurance claims.
• Processing insurance payments and refunds.
• Entering data and generating reports
• Electronically submitting claims
