Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc)
• Surgical extractions
• Dentures
• Treatment planning and patient education
• Emergency and limited specialty procedures as comfortable
• Maintain continuity of care and excellent patient experience

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dentist who:

• Is personable, compassionate, and confident clinically
• Practices ethical, patient-first dentistry
• Communicates clearly with patients and team members
• Is comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
• Can maintain existing treatment philosophy and standard of care

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience (Private practice preferred but not required)
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in Florida
• Current malpractice coverage
• DEA license

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position (4 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday)
• Competitive compensation structure (daily guarantee and/or percentage-based, based on experience)
