Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Schedule hygiene and treatment appointments
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Verify dental insurance and review benefits with patients
• Handle patient check-out and collect payments
• Manage treatment scheduling and pending treatment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support the dental team with administrative and clinical coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Dental office experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
