Office Hours
Tuesday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(Patient appointments are scheduled from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Full-Time Position
• 9-hour workdays
• 36 hours per week
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Monday hours may be added periodically based on office needs

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling
• Manage the office calendar and appointment scheduling
• Verify and update patient information, including insurance details
• Assist with billing, payments, and insurance claim processing
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
• Provide general administrative support to the dental team as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Dental office experience is a plus, but not required
