Dental Office Manager – Experienced Leader Needed

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our established dental practice. This is a full-time leadership position offering a competitive salary of $100,000 annually.

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable manager who has successfully run a dental office before and understands the operational, financial, and team management responsibilities required to keep a practice thriving.

Schedule: Full Time

Pay and Compensation:

• Up to $100,000 per year salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the dental practice
• Lead, manage, and support front and back office teams
• Ensure efficient scheduling and optimized provider productivity
• Monitor collections, production, and key performance metrics
• Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and office protocols
• Support patient satisfaction and overall office experience
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience managing and running a dental office
• Strong dental knowledge required, including insurance, treatment planning, and front office workflow
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong financial and operational oversight skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable handling performance management and problem solving
