Swisher Dental - Dental Assistant 

We’re not your typical dental office and we’re not looking for a typical Dental Assistant.

At Swisher Dental, teamwork drives everything we do. The front and back work together, the day flows smoothly, and patients feel the difference. This role helps keep the entire practice productive and organized.

If you enjoy assisting chairside and organizing a schedule that sets the team up for success, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Clinical (Primary)

• Chairside assisting for general procedures
• Take radiographs and intraoral images
• Prepare/break down operatories
• Sterilization and infection control
• Keep providers supported and on time

Scheduling & Flow

• Manage and optimize the daily schedule
• Fill openings and prevent downtime
• Coordinate treatment appointments logically
• Help maintain daily production goals
• Support a smooth patient experience

You are the bridge between the clinical team and the front office.

Requirements

• Dental Assisting experience required
• X-ray certification (per state requirements)
• Comfortable multitasking
