Dental Billing / Insurance Coordinator – Pittsburgh, PA

Our modern, female-owned private dental practice in Pittsburgh, PA (15220) is seeking an experienced Dental Billing / Insurance Coordinator to join our upbeat, hardworking, and supportive team. We pride ourselves on our positive environment, long-standing team members, and loyal patient base. Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• Monday is the only evening, until 6:30pm
• No nights beyond Monday and no weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle dental billing and coding
• Contact insurance companies regarding claims and follow-ups
• Manage aging reports and collections
• Support overall front office operations as needed

Requirements

• Experience in dental billing and coding required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with Fuse software is a plus

Pay & Compensation

• $18–$30 per hour, depending on experience and ability
