Patient Coordinator

Beecher Crossing Dental – Gahanna, OH

At Beecher Crossing Dental, we put our patients first by delivering exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment. As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their visit.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17–$21 per hour (based on experience)

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Prepare and organize patient charts
• Verify insurance and assist with payment collection
• Process daily transactions, including deposits and credit card payments
• Support front office operations and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong time management skills
• Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
